FAQ

What happens at the first appointment?
You will be met by a student just before your appointment time. As all clinic cases are recorded you will be asked to sign a consent form. Your case is completely confidential and it will not be discussed outside of the clinic.

During the consultation one student takes your case with two other students and the clinic supervisors are present to observe. The rest of the class will view the consultation via video link.

After your appointment, the class will discuss your case with the supervisor. The student who took your case will contact you to give you the remedy and to arrange your follow-up appointment.

Should I bring anything with me?
You should bring details of your medical history plus any information relevant to your situation. This may include details of illnesses you have had; names and dosages of any medications you are currently taking; vaccinations you have had and family medical history.
